R U L E S   O F  

T O U R N A M E N T

1. REGELN:

Gespielt wird nach den Vorschriften der “International Football Association Board”, der FIFA und der Statuten des ÖFB (SFV). Die Veranstalter haben sämtliche erforderlichen Genehmigungen zur Turnieraustragung erhalten. Für den Turnierablauf verantwortlich ist eine eigene dazu gebildete Kommission.

1. RULES:

The tournament is played by the rules according to the “International Football Association Board”, the FIFA and the ÖFB (Austrian Football Association). The organizer received all permissions required for hosting the tournament. Responsible for the operation is the committee that was especially recruited for this event.

2. SCHIEDSRICHTER:

Die Spiele werden ausschließlich von Schiedsrichtern des SFV (Mitglied des ÖFB) geleitet.

2. REFEREES:

All matches are run by referees of the SFV (member of the ÖFB).

3. TEAMS:

Teams, die die Genehmigung ihres Fußballbundes erhalten haben sind zur Teilnahme beim Turnier berechtigt. Die Teams müssen daher auch Mitglied des jeweiligen FIFA-Mitgliedsverbandes sein.

3. TEAMS:

Teams with approval of their respective national football associaton are permitted to take part in this tournament. The teams must therefor be members of the respective FIFA-member association.

4. TEAMLEITER:

Jedes Team muss eine/n Teamleiter/in stellen die/der älter als 18 Jahre ist. Dessen Name, Adresse und Geburtsdatum ist auf der Teamliste erforderlich. Die/der Teamleiter/in ist verantwortlich für die Richtigkeit der Teamliste, für das rechtzeitige Erscheinen der jeweiligen Teams zu den Spielen sowie für das Benehmen der Spieler/innen, nicht nur am Sportgelände, sondern auch an den anderen Aufenthaltsorten die zur Verfügung stehen.

4. TEAM LEADER:

Every team must name an official team leader (>18 years). The name, address and date of birth of the person must be noted down on the teamlist. The team leader is responsible for the correctness of the teamlist, the punctual arrival to the matches, the behavior of the players, not only on the pitch but also on all other areas that are made available.

5. ALTERSKLASSEN:

U15 (C-Junioren) 01.01.2009 und jünger = 1+10 Spieler/innen

U13 (D1-Junioren) 01.01.2011 und jünger = 1+8 Spieler/innen

U12 (D2-Junioren) 01.01.2012 und jünger = 1+8 Spieler/innen

U11 (E1-Junioren) 01.01.2013 und jünger = 1+6 Spieler/innen

U10 (E2-Junioren) 01.01.2014  und jünger = 1+6 Spieler/innen

U9 (F1-Junioren) 01.01.2015 und jünger = 1+6 Spieler/innen

U8 (F3-Junioren) 01.01.2016 und jünger = 1+4 Spieler/innen

5. AGE GROUPS:

U15 (C-youth) 01.01.2009 and younger = 1+10 players

U13 (D1-youth) 01.01.2011 and younger = 1+8 players

U12 (D2-youth) 01.01.2012 and younger = 1+8players

U11 (E1-youth) 01.01.2013 and younger = 1+6 players

U10 (E2-youth) 01.01.2014 and younger = 1+6 players

U9 (F1-youth) 01.01.2015 and younger = 1+6 players

U8 (F3-youth) 01.01.2016 and younger = 1+4 players

Achtung: Mädchen dürfen grundsätzlich 1 Jahr älter sein

6. KONTROLLE:

Auf der Teamliste (ist vor Turnierbeginn bei der Turnierleitung abzugeben) müssen Namen/Geburtsdatum/Rückennummer eingetragen werden. Zur Kontrolle muss jederzeit ein Spielerpass vorgelegt werden können. Jede/r Spieler/in muss beim nationalen Fußballverband für ihren/seinen Club gemeldet sein. GASTSPIELER/INNEN SIND GENERELL NICHT ERLAUBT!

6. CHECK-UP:

The teamlist must be filled out completely (name, date of birth, shirtnumber) and handed over to the tournament committee before start of the event. A player's license must always be present in case of a checkup. Every player must be registered at the national football association for the team. GUESTPLAYERS ARE COMPLETELY FORBIDDEN!

7. RANGLISTE GRUPPENSPIELE:

Ranglistenerstellung auf Grund der Punkteanzahl. Für Sieg 3 Punkte, Unentschieden 1 Punkt, Niederlage 0 Punkte. Bei Punktegleichheit: a) Tordifferenz; b) mehr erzielte Tore; c) direkte Begegnung; d) Losentscheid! ZWISCHENRUNDE: bei Unentschieden = 7-Meter- bzw. 8-Meter- bzw. 11-Meter-Schießen; ENDSPIELE: bei Unentschieden = 7-Meter- bzw. 8-Meter- bzw. 11-Meter-Schießen (SFV = FIFA Regeln)

7. RANKING GROUP STAGE:

Ranking is based on points. for a win 3 points, draw 1 point, loss 0 points. When points are tied: a) goal difference; b) more goals scored; c) direct match; d) choose by lot! INTERMEDIATE STAGE: draw = penalty shootout; FINALS: draw = penalty shootout (SFV = FIFA Rules)

8. SPIELE:

Auf der Teamliste dürfen maximal 16 Spieler/innen aufscheinen (mit Ersatztorhüter/in) und fliegender Wechsel ist immer möglich (mit Rücktausch).

8. MATCHES:

Only 16 players are allowed on the teamlist including replacement goalkeeper and change on the fly is always possible (with reexchange).

9. TRIKOTS, ANSTOSS:

Das im Spielplan erstgenannte Team hat Anstoß und Trikotwahl. Jedes Team muss eine andersfarbige zweite Garnitur Dressen mithaben.

9. SHIRTS, KICK-OFF:

The first team in the playing schedule has kick-off and can choose the shirtcolor. Every team must have a different colored second kit.

10. DISZIPLINARMASSNAHMEN:

Die/der Schiedsrichter/in meldet der Turnierleitung jeden Ausschluss.

Vorgesehene Strafen:

Blaue Karte: Zeitstrafe – Der/die Spieler/in muss für 5 min. das Spielfeld verlassen; Blau/Rote Karte: für den Rest (nach rot) dieses Spieles; Rote Karte: 1 Spiel Sperre; außerdem behält sich die Turnierleitung bei gröberen Vergehen härtere Strafen (bis zum Turnierausschluss) vor. Bei U11/U10/U9/U8 Spielen kann ein/e auf Zeit oder Dauer ausgeschlossener Spieler/in sofort durch eine/n neue/n ersetzt werden.

Alle Ausschlüsse werden vom Veranstalter an den SFV geschickt, der die Berichte an die jeweiligen anderen nationalen Verbände weiterleitet. Bei den GRUPPENSPIELEN werden alle Ergebnisse eines Teams ungültig erklärt, falls das betreffende Team ohne wichtigen Grund nicht rechtzeitig zum Spiel erscheint, das betreffende Team mit unberechtigte/r Spieler/in gespielt hat, das betreffende Team einen Spielabbruch verschuldet. In den ZWISCHEN- und ENDRUNDEN verliert in den erwähnten Fällen das betreffenden Team mit 0:3. Wenn ein Team vorzeitig abreist bzw. das Turnier nicht fertig spielt (auch bei Penalty-Entscheidung) wird es auf den letzten Platz der jeweiligen Play-Off-Liste gesetzt.

10. DISCIPLINARY MEASURES:

The referee reports every incident to the organisation committee.

Designated penalties:

Blue card: temporary suspension – the player must leave the pitch for 5 minutes; blue/red card: suspension for the rest of the match; red card: 1 match suspension; in case of very rude fouls or misbehaviour the tournament officials reserve the right to impose more severe punishment (as far as disqualification). At matches of U11/U10/U9/U8 any temporary suspended player can be replaced by another immediately.

All suspensions will be reported to the SFV who then will forward those reports to the respective national football association. In the PRELIMINARY STAGE the following cases will outcome in invalid results: when the team doesn't arrive in time for the match, the team played with unauthorized players, the team intentionally abandons a match. In the INTERMEDIATE and FINAL STAGES teams with any of the aforementioned cases automatically loses the match 0:3. If a team leaves the tournament ahead of schedule or doesn't finish the tournament (also on penalty decisions) it will automatically be put on the last place of the respective play-off-list.

11. SPEZIALREGELN:

U10 + U11 = KEIN Abseits, Tormann darf den Ball nach Rückpass aufnehmen.

11. SPECIAL RULES:

U10 + U11 = NO offside, goalkeeper is permitted to pick up a back-pass.

12. EINSPRÜCHE:

Schiedsrichterentscheidungen sind endgültig! Einsprüche bezüglich anderer Angelegenheiten müssen bis spätestens 15 Minuten nach dem Spiel vom Teamleiter bei der Gesamtturnierleitung (OK-Leitung) schriftlich eingereicht werden. Diese entscheidet auch über Angelegenheiten die in den Turnierregeln nicht festgesetzt wurden. Diese Entscheidungen sind endgültig und bindend.

12. PROTESTS:

Decisions made by the referees are factual and definite! Protests regarding different matters must be reported in writing until 15 minutes after the match to the organisation committee. The committee also decides about cases that weren't defined in the tournament rules. Those decisions are definite and binding.

13. SPIELPLAN:

Die OK-Leitung hat das Recht den Spielplan im Falle von unvorhersehbaren Umständen abzuändern.

13. PLAYING SCHEDULE:

The organisation committee reserves the right to change the schedule in case of unpredictable events.

14. HAFTUNG:

DIE TEILNEHMENDEN VEREINE SIND SELBST VERANTWORTLICH FÜR EINE ANGEMESSENE VERSICHERUNG DER SPIELER/INNEN. DIE VERANSTALTER UND DER EURO-SPORTRING HAFTEN NICHT FÜR PERSONENSCHÄDEN, SACHSCHÄDEN UND DIEBSTÄHLEN JEDER ART!

14. LIABILITY:

THE PARTICIPATING TEAMS ARE ON THEIR OWN RESPONSIBILITY FOR A SUFFICIENT INSURANCE OF THEIR PLAYERS AND EQUIPMENT. THE ORGANIZER AND THE EURO-SPORTRING ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGE TO PERSONS, PROPERTIES AND THEFT!
